Atop An Inflatable Paddleboard!

What to Expect

Jess prepping board

These guided paddle sessions will begin with safety, paddle, and launch instruction on land.

Garrison doing yoga on paddleboard

After launching, we will paddle to a quiet spot, anchor the boards, and participate in a nature meditation and mindful stretch, while floating peacefully on the water.

After pulling up anchors, we will spend the rest of the time paddling and exploring beautiful Beaver Creek. Feel free to sit, kneel, or stand!

Beginners welcome and we provide everything you need.

New for 2025! All Paddles will be private, creating a more personalized and fulfulling Experience.

Come ‘Just Be’ on the Water

Although standing is an option, of course, we avoid using the term “stand up” here because there are so many other ways to experience the world from these boards!

We invite you to try sitting, kneeling, or even lying down.

We welcome all forms of being on the paddleboard!

Not your typical paddleboard outing! What a great way to connect with nature and your senses while floating gently on the water. A really special and unique experience.

I had an amazing few hours practicing “mindfulness and movement” with Jess of Elemental Experiences. The meditation and stretching was just what I needed to reset my mind and body. If you’re in the C’ville area, or just take a weekend trip up this way, I highly recommend booking this unique experience.

I’m in love with this experience! Jess is the perfect combination of guide and practitioner. If I could go every weekend, I would!

“I love introducing people to new experiences outdoors.

It’s really rewarding to help people achieve something they didn’t think they could do!”

— Jess Miles
